Finger Food
Trying out a finger food for the first time. It's a Gerber Graduates biter biscuit. Half of it is on Mason's sweatshirt, and he's happy.

The Great-Grandchild Club and the Zoo
Here we are at the zoo visiting the monkeys. (Mason, Me, Shae and Chloe) My battery died on my camera so I only got a few zoo shots!! We had such a great day at the zoo with Grannie, Grandpa D, Shae, Kyra and Chloe. We got to see the tiger being fed, the beluga whales doing tricks, and the puffins cliff diving for fish. It was so much fun!!
Mason is the newest member of the great-grandchildren club for my mom's side of the family. He loved spending time with Kyra and Chloe this last week. There were tons of smiles and belly-laughs for his cousins. We had tons of fun at the zoo with you and can't wait for next year!! We hope to see you guys again soon!! Good luck at the fair Kyra!
Newhaven Park
We enjoyed the afternoon at Newhaven Park in beautiful Newhaven, Washington. Mason was excited to be on the baby swings again, he had the greatest smile while swinging. His very fine blonde hair was all sticking up due to the static electricity on the plastic slides. Mason loves watching the other energetic children playing.
It's a Burley!
Mason is the proud owner of a new Burley (the greatest bike trailer ever)! This trailer has seating for two, we think Mason will invite his girlfriend out for a ride. We will have to keep an eye on him, he's quite the flirt (big smiles). This Burley trailer will carry 100 pounds, and there's room in the back for a full diaper bag. Gets great gas mileage too! The helmet that Mason will be wearing on our bike rides is just the cutest.

New Backpack
Feet
Mason has been really into grabbing his feet lately. The other day he even fell asleep while holding onto his feet. Oh to be so flexible!
Sand Sculptures
Mason, Sport and I walked down to the water the other day to see the sand sculpture contest that the Port Angeles newspaper put on. It was very cool- there were about 12 sculptures all with a circus theme (the circus was in town). Here are some of our favorites. The clowns in the car won first place, but I loved the detail on the castle with the circus parade of animals coming up the walk.
