The Game

Mason and Grandpa D got really into watching the soccer game as you can see. It must have been an exciting one.

Active Boy

Thank you Aunt Shannon for my Little Engine book!! It's fun to read and climb on!
He loves his dump truck (especially to flip it over and chew on the tires) and his little John Deere tractor. He was so funny because he kept pushing himself backward until his legs were under the couch and then he wanted to push up to crawl but was stuck under the couch.

Ball

I got Mason this huge ball a couple of weeks ago. He loves to crawl after it, kick it (with a little help from Daddy), and bounce on it. It's so cute to watch him since the ball is larger than he is!

Dog Bone

Sport was upset when his favorite dog bone was taken by little Mason.

Snuggle

I had the best "Mommy Moment" tonight. Mason and I were playing on the floor with some of his toys. I was rolling his ball to him and then he stopped playing. He crawled (yep, he's doing the real crawl now) over and up onto my lap for a snuggle. It was so cute! I love being a Mommy!!

Bike Ride

We took the Burley out for the first time yesterday. The day was beautifully sunny with hardly any wind. Mason fell asleep almost instantly and slumped over in his comfy seat. He looked so cute in his little helmet. Can't wait to use it again!!

Scooting Around

Though he would much rather walk, Mason has gotten pretty good at "crawling" around the house. He hasn't mastered the traditional crawl yet, but is almost there. He's growing too fast! At our last doctor appointment the dr. said that Mason will probably be an early walker since he is already pulling himself up on things. Keith and I bought him a little walker so that he could have a little more freedom. He can now cruise the whole house in and out of all the doorways and will follow me room to room.

Peek-A-Boo

Some quality time was spent in his play pen this past couple of weeks as Keith and I were trying to get the house painted (we're almost there!!). Mason loves to stand up and walk around while holding onto the sides. Here he is playing peek-a-boo while we were sanding and painting a door.

Fun with Food

Mason has really enjoyed his new-found freedom when it comes to eating. He's found out that some things are pretty slippery and is still trying to conquer the spoon--it's a little tricky.
