Shh, Babies Sleeping

Mason put his baby down with Brenna to take a nap.

Monkey Baby

Mason found this stuffed monkey in his room this morning. He has been carrying it around all day and calling it "Baby." I walked out one time and Mason was nursing his Baby on the couch. Another time Mason came to get me because the Baby was riding his bike- he was such a proud Papa. The Baby went for walks in the stroller (the tonka dump truck below) and took a ride in the swing.

It's been so fun to watch what Mason has Baby do today.

Brenna's Funny Faces

Big Boy!

Mason has starting going potty in the big boy potty. He doesn't want Mommy or Daddy to help him, or even be in the room, so he disappears and then reappears minutes later victoriously happy. He won't use his little potty except as a stool to get to the big one- I'm surprised he hasn't fallen in yet...

Can We Go Now?

Keith was getting ready to take Mason hiking, but Mason was a little impatient. He climbed in on his own and got stuck. The guys did have a great hike though.

Grandpa D

We went to visit my parents for a few days and Brenna loved to snuggle with her grandparents. Mason had tons of fun playing cars with Grandpa.

The Box

I can't even remember what came in this box, but whatever it was, it wasn't nearly as exciting as the box itself.

Terrible Twos

Mason is really starting to get the terrible twos. He throws himself on the floor and pouts when he doesn't get his way. I think we make it worse by laughing, but he is just so cute when he does it...

My dad's whole family was able to get together this year for Christmas. My cousin Kelly took these great pics. The first one is my grandparents with their 7 great-grandchildren and the second is a picture of the whole fam- all 35 of us.

2 Week Check Up

On Monday we took Brenna to the Dr. for her check up. She is doing really well and growing so fast. She weighed in at 9 pounds .5 ounces (80%), was still 21 inches in length (50%) and her head is in the 50th percentile.
