Christmas!!

The kids decorated a Snuggie for Besu. She was such a good sport and wore it most of the day.
Couldn't be any happier...
Loving on her new puppy.
Thanks for the wonderful holiday!! Love you guys!

Grandpa D's Birthday Cake

The kids made this birthday cake for Grandpa D's birthday. Mason wanted to bake it- we didn't, but we did sing Happy Birthday to Grandpa.

Nap Time

Brenna was looking out the window waiting for Daddy to come home. Apparently Keith was taking too long...

Seeing Santa

Mason loved seeing Santa this year. Each time he told him he wanted a remote control truck. Good thing Santa delivered on on Christmas morning!

Brenna was frightened of Santa, but said he was nice after getting a candy cane.

Birthday Girl

Thanks for the great birthday everyone!!

Hurricane Ridge Sledding

We took the kids sledding up on Hurricane Ridge. There was 3+ feet of snow already up there! Keith and I had more fun sledding down the huge hills than the kids did, but they did enjoy being pulled on the sleds to and from the hills. It was beautiful and so quiet up there.

Silly Girl

Brenna loved wearing Grannie's glasses while they were here for Thanksgiving.

Disney on Ice

I took the kids, Grannie, Grandpa and Great Grandma D to Disney on Ice. Mason loved the Zamboni and Brenna loved waving at the princesses. Fun was had by all. Thanks for going guys!!

SNOW!!

We had 9 inches of snow in our yard prior to Thanksgiving. The kids enjoyed sledding and throwing snowballs.

Bead Fun

Brenna made this beautiful necklace and bracelet set all on her own.

On the Trail

The kids love to put on their "cowboy" hats and ride the couch arm "horse." Brenna dressed herself on this day...

Celebrating Fall

Mason made this leaf hat in school as part of their fall celebrations.

Happy Halloween!

Much to our surprise the kids said that they wanted to go trick-or-treating. This was the first year Mason wanted to dress up and go out. Of course, Brenna refused to wear any type of costume, but was lucky enough to recieve candy anyway.

A house a few blocks away goes all out for Halloween. Decorations, sounds, scary things and people popping out all over... We stood on the sidewalk and asked the kids if they wanted to trick-or-treat there; Mason said no, but Brenna shouted "Yes!" So, the little dare devil and I stayed to watch their horror show while Mason dragged Daddy away. Then he pulled us away and said, "I just want you to be safe Mom." Thanks Buddy...

CANDY!!!!!!!!!!

Pumpkin Carving

Mason, Keith and Brenna's pumpkins.
I love the Boo eyebrows on Brenna's.

A big pumpkin like this obviously needs power tools...

Getting all the seeds out.

Skater Boy

Mason found these skates at the Goodwill and HAD to have them. He has been "skating" around the house ever since. He even breaks out in little skating/dancing routines. Very cute and well worth the $4.

Pumpkin Cards

The kids made Halloween cards this year. I cut out the pieces and put glue on them, but they placed everything and made these cute little jack-o-lanterns!

Good Hair Day

Mason and Brenna did my hair for me the other day. You can't really see their work of art since most of the bows are on the back of my head. When they were done Mason said I was pretty enough to dance with a prince.

LEGO Tower

Mason gets a LEGO magazine in the mail and he always wants to build what has been pictured. This is his bridge turned tower.

Little Stinker

This is the look I got when I asked her to get off the table...

Family Fun at Park

We took the kids to the "duck" park for a day of fun. They loved playing on the big toys, seeing the puppies at the dog park, catching grasshoppers, smelling the flowers, and seeing all the ducks. It was a beautiful day, and the perfect way to end Keith's vacation time with us.
