We found these pictures on the internal memory of our camera. I love the bottom one!Mason pushing Brenna in the shopping cart. She takes a turn pushing him too.

OMSI

While we were in Portland, we visited OMSI (a science center of sorts). Mason was a little afraid of Samson the dinosaur, but both kids loved all the hands-on activities. Thanks for the great weekend guys!
Mason, Grandpa, Brenna, Grannie, Uncle Cris and Auntie Amy with Samson.

Uncle Cris, Mason and Brenna work together to move some big blocks.

Brenna didn't want to build the boat, but loved playing in the water.

Birthday Boys

Cris and Mason celebrated their joint birthday down in Portland this last weekend. Thanks for all the goodies guys! And thank you Amy for letting Mason blow out the candles again and again.

New Bike

After Chuck E Cheese, we went to Toys R Us and let Mason pick out a new bike for his birthday. When we got home he helped Daddy put it together. He calls it his "Big Boy Bike" and has named it Christy. He has been riding it around the house all day. He is also convinced that Uncle Cris (who shares the same birthday as Mason) is getting a "Big Boy Bike" for his birthday too. (Sorry Cris, we didn't buy you one.)

Chuck E Cheese

We took Mason and Brenna to Chuck E Cheese yesterday for a pre-birthday celebration. We didn't remember that each game only took one token, so we bought 100 tokens and were there for 3 hours. They both loved it.

Coming down the slide.
Brenna in the suspended tubes pointing at Daddy.
Mason riding his horse (he named it Buck).
This car was Mason's favorite ride. You get a picture everytime you ride it (Mason rode it 17 times), so chances are you will be getting a pic in the mail from Mason.

Catching Up

I know it has been awhile since you have seen a post for us, so here are some updates.

Keith:
He is still loving being out at Station Neah Bay and is thankful for everyday that he has been away from the Slave Ship. He has been working hard, and it feels like we don't see him much, but we love the times that Daddy comes home. He has been feeling the need for a motorcycle again, so don't be surprised if there is a pic of him and his new bike soon.

Mason:
It's hard to believe that Mason will be turning 3 on Thursday (Feb. 11th). We have started looking at pre-schools for him to attend in the fall. He is really excited to start school and loves watching the kids get on the school bus in the morning (the bus stop is on our street corner). I think pre-school will be harder on Mommy than on Mason. He is an excellent big brother and loves to teach Sissy new things (both good and bad). Nothing is safe from Mason's imagination; he loves to turn the furniture into boats and buses. He constantly amazes us.

Brenna:
Finally the wait is over!!! Brenna's first tooth (the bottom left) broke through on the first of the month and the second (top left) broke through just yesterday. After 14 months of waiting, seeing little teeth in her smile will take some getting used to. She loves to dance, especially to the Beverly Hills Chihuahua song. She even says "chihuahua." My baby has developed quite a temper and she certainly knows what she does and does not want. Trucks are still her favorite toys, despite all the dolls she now owns, and I think that she will be quite the tomboy.

Sorry for taking so long to post. I promise to keep more up-to-date in the future!

Torture!

Brenna sat still long enough for Mommy to put in the hair-things; she didn't burst into tears until I was all done. So, the pig-tails stayed in just long enough to get a picture. She did look adorable while they were in though. Maybe in the future... sigh...

Sailor of the Quarter

Congrats Sweetie! We love you and are very proud of you!!

The Birdhouse

Thanks Uncle Cris and Amy for the birdhouse kit! Mason loved constructing it- especially using the hammer. It turned out so well and he is very proud of it.

Stamping

Mason and Brenna loved this craft project they did the other day. Thanks Grannie and Grandpa D for the stamps and ink!

Present from Chewy

Mason received an air soft gun from Keith's friend Jeremy (or Chewy as Mason calls him) for Christmas. It was hard to tell who was the most excited Mason or Keith. Thanks Chewy!!
Brenna was pretty excited too, but I think it was just because she got to help open another present.

Santa's Helper

It felt like I was putting toys together for days after Christmas. The play kitchen was the longest, most involved plaything that I have ever put together. Mason was so supportive through the whole process and would cheer me on saying, "Yea! Mommy! You're doing it." They were both thrilled when it was done and Mason is now a professional sandwich maker.

Christmas Pictures

I know that I am really, really late, but here are some pics from Christmas. Thank you all for making it so special for Mason and Brenna. They are truly spoiled. We enjoyed spending time with everyone!!

Of course Brenna loved all the packaging better than the presents.

She looked adorable in her Christmas dress- too bad we don't get to dress up more often!

Thank you Great Grandparents Davis for the beautiful shelves. The kids love hanging things on them and Mason can't wait to put his soccer ball up there.

Thank you Grandparents Koehler for the Rocky truck. He really does say "a million things." Brenna loves it when he dances. The kids take turns pushing each other in the shopping cart too.

Thank you Uncle Cris and Auntie Amy! Brenna loves to be "so pretty" with all her beads! (Mason does too). Yes Aunt Shannon, this is the dress you and Grannie got her!
