Circus

We took the kids and Grannie and Grandpa to the circus yesterday. This was the first time Keith or the kids had been to a circus, and they all really enjoyed it. Mason loved the ponies, Keith the high-wire motorcycle, and Brenna the snacks, music and lights. Thanks for going Grannie & Grandpa!

Ferry to Anderson Island

This was Mason's second ferry ride (his first was when he was 4 months, so still seemed like the first to him) and Brenna's first time on the ferry. Thanks Amy and Cris! We had a blast on the island!

Gone Camping!

We decided to go camping for the first time this year! All week there is no fee to enter the State Parks, so we packed up the vehicle and headed out.
Mason is relaxing next to the fire in his "big boy" chair.

Brenna is enjoying a juice box in her new chair.

Big Brother helping sister with her juice box, he has lots of experience with juice boxes.

Salt Creek

Grannie and Grandpa came to visit and we spent the afternoon at Salt Creek. We can't wait to go camping guys!

Soccer Star

Mason is taking a soccer class at the YMCA with 19 other 3 and 4 year-olds. He loves running around with the other kids and wearing his shiny "skin" guards (as he calls them), but gets easily distracted when it comes to actually dribbling the soccer ball. It is quite funny to watch the hour long practice!

Thanks Grannie and Grandpa for coming to watch!
And THANK YOU Daddy for volunteering to be a coach! What hard work!!

Brenna can't wait to help brother practice.

Keith's team. Go Yellow!!

Planting Seeds

The Easter Bunny delivered a bunch of seeds this year, so the kids and I spent an hour or so planting. Okay, I spent an hour or so planting, the kids loved digging in the dirt and then grew bored by the time the seeds came out. We still all enjoyed the afternoon, and Mason can't wait for his plants to start growing.

The Great Outdoors

We finally get some sun! The kids and I headed out for an afternoon full of fun in the backyard. Now, if only the wind would stop! (Yes, I know that Brenna's hair is looking pretty crazy, it was in a pony tail, but at some point she pulled it out.)
On the teeter-totter.

Jump, jump!

They were getting pretty daring on their slide by going down backwards and jumping off the top.

She loves Mason's motorcycle; she doesn't even mind when he runs her over.
